Well, maybe not at the moment. But it is at Hospice of Marshall County’s Holiday Shoppe which opened today (October 1st) at the Crossroads Mall in Albertville. The Holiday Shoppe is open every week, Thursday through Saturday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., from now until December 19th.
There are all sorts of items available at the Holiday Shoppe: Christmas trees, ornaments, holiday décor, housewares, and lots of sweaters and sweatshirts. HINT: You might even find something to wear to those ever popular “ugly sweater” get-togethers.
Whether you are Father Christmas or the Scrooge, I believe you can find something you will like at the Holiday Shoppe – even the means to have an indoor snowball fight (smile). I almost bought that little snowball kit for my grandson, but I was afraid my daughter might not appreciate having 20 or so fluffy white balls thrown around her home. You never know, I might give in to the temptation and go back to make that little purchase. After all, grandmothers can get away with that sort of thing during the holidays, correct? I mean, it is okay for me to spoil my grandson at Christmas AND have a little fun in the process.
I want to invite you to come out and help us spread a little Christmas cheer! As you are doing so, you are supporting our business of ministry and helping us generate the funds needed to care for those who need hospice care but have no insurance. So, stop by the Holiday Shoppe and have yourself a Merry little Christmas!
